WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO GIVE?

Jesus teaches us to give our whole selves to God in love and devotion. This includes monetary giving. The tithe (10%) serves as a biblical standard for giving. However, God calls us above all to give sacrificially and cheerfully. Some are working toward 10% giving, some are at 10% giving, and some are being called to give beyond 10%. The important thing is that you and God decide how much to give as an expression of personal faithfulness.
